It explains what personal data we process, for what purpose and on what legal basis, for how long, who has access to it, and what rights you have.

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: GDPR), Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on the right of informational self-determination and on freedom of information, and Hungarian Act C of 2003 on electronic communications (hereinafter: Eht.).

2. Quote requests and contact forms

Data processed: name, e-mail address, phone number and the details given in the quote request (type, planned date, number of guests and venue of the event, text of the message). For technical reasons we also record when and from which page the form was submitted.

Purpose: to answer your request or enquiry, to prepare an offer and to arrange the event.

Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). By ticking the checkbox on the form you also confirm that you have read this notice.

Retention: if your enquiry does not lead to an order, we keep the data for 1 year from receipt and then delete it. If it leads to an order, the data are kept for as long as needed to perform the contract, and accounting records are kept for 8 years as required by Hungarian Act C of 2000 on accounting.

The data submitted through the forms are stored in the Website's database and are delivered by e-mail to corvina@corvinapartyservice.hu. Only the staff of Corvina Party Service have access to them.

3. Cookies and website analytics

When you first open the Website, a banner lets you choose which cookies you allow. You can change your choice at any time on the Cookies page.

  • Necessary cookie (corvina_suti): stores your cookie choice for 180 days. Legal basis: strictly necessary for providing the service under Section 155(4) of the Eht., so no consent is required.
  • Statistics cookies (Google Analytics 4: _ga, _ga_RLXXYN1C02, up to 2 years): we compile aggregate statistics on how visitors use the Website (e.g. pages viewed, source of the visit, number of quote requests). Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 155(4) Eht.).
  • Marketing cookies (Google Ads, e.g. _gcl_au, up to 90 days): we measure how many of the people who click on our Google ads go on to request a quote. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Until you give your consent, no statistics or marketing cookies are placed on your device. In that case Google Analytics only receives cookieless, aggregated signals from which you cannot be identified. You can withdraw your consent at any time on the Cookies page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

Google Analytics currently keeps event-level data for 2 months and does not store IP addresses. The Website also measures clicks on the phone number and e-mail address, but not who actually calls or writes afterwards.

4. Embedded YouTube videos

The Gallery page contains YouTube videos. The video player is provided by YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). When the player loads and when a video is played, YouTube may place cookies on your device and collect data. This processing is governed by Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Server logs

For operation and security, the server hosting the Website logs requests (IP address, time, requested address, browser type). We do not link these data with any other data and use them only for troubleshooting and to fend off attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are kept for a short time, no longer than 3 months.

6. Data processors and recipients
